It was relaxing base for travelling to London, I was glad to stay there. Check-in was quick. Though it had slightly uncomfortable beds, this was a really great experience. There was a bathtub in the private bathroom.
Rooms were unbelievably hot.

The room was clean and the kitchen facilities were spotless. The wifi was fast and reliable, allowing me to stay connected during my stay. The bed was comfortable and clean, ensuring a good night's sleep.
There were several aspects of my stay that I did not enjoy. The shower facilities were poor, with low water pressure and occasional lack of hot water.

Great location, just a block away from public transportation and there was a bus stop right outside the door.
The shower was not properly sealed, so water leaked out and no one came to fix it.

Our check-in experience was a bit frustrating as we had to wait until 8.00pm instead of the promised 3.00pm. However, the staff tried their best to accommodate us and were helpful throughout the process. The room itself was good value for the price and the location was fantastic. We were surrounded by food shops, close to the museum, and just a short walk from Holborn station. The room was larger than expected and had ample storage. The shared facilities were well-maintained, especially the kitchen which had everything we needed. Despite being next to the shared facilities, the room was surprisingly quiet. The beds were comfy and the private bathroom had good water pressure. We were also able to store our bags early and the receptionist helped us book an additional night. we were impressed by the quality of this place and are already planning to stay here again in the future.
The shower drain in our bathroom was clogged with hair from previous guests, but once we cleaned it, it worked fine. Additionally, the windows were not soundproof, so we could hear outside noise when they were closed.
